WTC/e Brainport

As a business community, World Trade Center Eindhoven Brainport is at the heart of this influential region. Not only because of its physical location near Eindhoven Airport, but especially because we have been an integral part of all business activity in this region for 40 years. We act as a connector, knowledge-sharer and inspirer. With a personal commitment to all our members and our members to each other. That is what makes WTC/e Brainport so special.

Brainport is pre-eminently the entrance to the rest of the world. Be it Europe or beyond. Our carefully built-up international knowledge in 40 years, but certainly also our relations, are the raison d'être of our network. We deploy our international knowledge and network for the region by sharing knowledge and providing a meeting place for companies and relations.

Companies are therefore facing major challenges in a rapidly changing era. Digitalisation, sustainability, internationalisation, supply chain challenges, innovation, attracting talent and personnel are challenges entrepreneurs are facing in the future. In WTC/e Brainport's programme, you will spar with specialists, hear from successful entrepreneurs how they are growing their business and there is always room for a personal talk. This way, you will accelerate the development of your company!

There are 24 institutes, with many courses ranging from technology, care, education to the arts, located mainly in Brabant and Limburg. This puts Fontys in the capillaries of society.

Fontys for Society is the central strategy and has a social mission to contribute to a sustainable, inclusive and vital society. To be able to perform this optimally, Fontys is developing into a talent-oriented, research-oriented and agile Fontys. The work field plays an important role in this.

The New Horizon reception is important for meeting relationships, confirming existing collaborations and entering into new ones. The New Horizon and the partners who make it possible are thus a good example of relevant and sustainable cooperation!

Next Nature explores the nature of the future. We are not going backwards, but rather forwards towards nature. The network is committed to the cross-fertilisation of biology and technology. It wants to save not only the panda and the rainforests, but also humanity. For more than 15 years, Next Nature has been at the forefront of future thinking, organising projects, exhibitions and lectures around the world. Since 2022, Next Nature has reopened the iconic Evoluon in Eindhoven to the public and established the Next Nature Museum there. Here, Next Nature's vision forms the common thread between the activities and exhibitions. Next Nature designs the museum as an interactive meeting place and shows how people and society are increasingly merging with technology.
